Oklahoma SB2003 requires multiple occupancy changing rooms and restrooms in covered entities to be designated for the exclusive use of one sex. It prohibits individuals from entering a changing room or restroom unless it corresponds to their sex. Covered entities must provide separate, private areas for individuals in a state of undress. Students cannot be required to share sleeping quarters with someone of the opposite sex unless specific conditions are met. The act also mandates that postsecondary institutions provide separate sleeping quarters for students.
