Oklahoma SB20, the Secure Roads and Safe Trucking Act of 2025, updates regulations on vehicle operations. It prohibits certain vehicles from operating on state highways unless specific conditions are met. For instance, all-terrain vehicles are restricted from streets and highways, except under certain conditions like crossing highways during daylight hours. Golf carts and utility vehicles can only operate on state highways if they are owned by the state and operated by authorized personnel within state parks. Mopeds can operate if municipal ordinances permit.
