Oklahoma SB195, also known as the Apprenticeships, Internships and Mentorships (AIM) Act of 2016, authorizes public, private, magnet, public charter, or public virtual charter schools to create apprenticeship, internship, and mentorship programs for high school students. These programs can be available to high school sophomores age sixteen or older, juniors, and seniors. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services must obtain liability insurance for participating students and cannot charge for the insurance.
