Oklahoma SB192 amends the State Aid calculation to be based on the average daily membership of a school district's first nine weeks of the current school year. It removes certain calculation language and updates statutory references. The bill also directs the State Department of Education to administer a transitional grant program for districts affected by consolidation or annexation. The bill provides for midyear adjustments in funding for student growth and requires the Department to report on the financial impact of funding reforms.
