Oklahoma SB1880 amends the Oklahoma Juvenile Code to require certain individuals who knowingly and intentionally falsify documents in deprived child proceedings to be placed on a publicly accessible list. This list, maintained by the Department of Human Services, will be used as evidence to evaluate the truthfulness of such individuals. The list will include members who result in the great bodily harm or death of a child. All parties to a deprivation hearing will be notified of the list and its members. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
