Oklahoma SB1869 removes the essentiality of the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority, alters its powers, and directs the transfer of certain funds to the Healthy Parks Healthy Minds Fund. The bill also repeals several sections of the Oklahoma Statutes related to the Authority. The Authority's facilities and funds are transferred to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, which will lease the facilities back to the Authority. The proceeds from these leases will be deposited into the Healthy Parks Healthy Minds Fund.
