Oklahoma SB1867 prohibits tolls on turnpike projects with low traffic volumes for five years.

Oklahoma SB1867 amends the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's toll regulations. It prohibits the Authority from charging tolls on turnpike projects with an average annual daily traffic volume of less than 25,000 vehicles for five consecutive years. Tolls can be reinstated if the traffic volume meets the threshold. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
