Oklahoma SB183 amends the Oklahoma Kratom Consumer Protection Act by updating and clarifying definitions for terms such as "food," "kratom leaf," "kratom leaf extract," and "kratom product." The bill specifies that kratom leaf extract must contain mitragynine as the most abundant alkaloid and sets a minimum ratio for mitragynine to other alkaloids. The act will become effective November 1, 2025.
