Oklahoma SB1818 mandates disclosure of biosolid use in agricultural products and on property.

Oklahoma SB1818 requires businesses to disclose the use of biosolids in product labeling and on property where biosolids are applied. It mandates signage on properties where biosolids are used and requires the Department of Environmental Quality to publish a map of biosolid land application sites. The Department must also notify agritourism businesses within a four-mile radius of biosolid land applications at least 60 days prior. The law aims to ensure transparency regarding biosolid use in agriculture.
