Oklahoma SB1805 defines terms and prohibits certain staffing contracts with temporary agencies for juvenile detention facilities and adult companion homes. It specifies that no county operating a juvenile detention facility or any adult companion home certified by the Department of Human Services can utilize, employ, or enter into an agreement with a contracting organization or temporary agency that provides full-time or part-time team members on a contract basis. The act is set to become effective November 1, 2026.
