Oklahoma SB1797 prohibits weather modification activities within the state, repealing related statutes and establishing new provisions.

Oklahoma SB1797 prohibits the intentional injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere for weather modification purposes. The bill repeals existing Oklahoma Weather Modification Act sections and establishes new provisions, effective November 1, 2026.
