Oklahoma State Protection from Terrorist Organizations Act prohibits state contracts and property ownership by designated terrorist organizations.

The Oklahoma State Protection from Terrorist Organizations Act prevents state agencies and funded entities from awarding contracts or grants to organizations deemed terrorist or controlled by such entities. It also prohibits these organizations from acquiring or holding real property in Oklahoma, except under specific court orders. The Attorney General can seek civil action to void property transfers in violation of this act. The act ensures peaceful advocacy and charitable activities remain lawful unless they provide material support for terrorism. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
