SB1780

Oklahoma SB1780 restricts Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's use of revenues and removes certain authorizations.

Oklahoma SB1780 amends the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's operations by prohibiting the use of revenues from one project to secure bonds or obligations for another project. It mandates that bonds issued after November 1, 2026, must be secured only by the revenues of the specific turnpike or project for which they are issued. The Authority is required to maintain segregated revenue, reserve, and sinking fund accounts for each turnpike or project.
