Oklahoma SB1750 authorizes state agencies to report efficiency measures to OMES, entitling them to a percentage of cost savings.
Oklahoma SB1750 allows state agencies to submit reports on efficiency or waste reduction measures to the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). The Director must confirm the savings and certify this to the Legislative Oversight Committee on State Budget Performance.
