Oklahoma SB1728 modifies the Protection from Domestic Abuse Act by updating statutory references and language. It defines terms such as "coercive control," "domestic abuse," "intimate partner," "harassment," and "stalking." The bill also specifies that a "victim support person" is affiliated with a domestic violence, sexual assault, or adult human sex trafficking program.
