Oklahoma SB1605 exempts owners of private property from liability for injuries related to dirtbike use on their land.

Oklahoma SB1605 defines "dirtbike" and "inherent risk of dirtbike use" and abrogates liability for owners of private property for injuries related to dirtbike use on their land. The bill exempts owners from liability unless they intentionally injure a participant, commit gross negligence, provide an unsafe dirtbike, fail to use reasonable care, or engage in willful misconduct. The bill does not apply to employer-employee relationships under the Administrative Workers’ Compensation Act.
