Oklahoma SB1600 creates the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board with five public trustees appointed by various state officials.

Oklahoma SB1600 establishes the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board, consisting of five public trustees. One member is appointed by the Governor, one by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, one by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and two by the Governor. Members must have relevant experience in mortgage or lending institutions. The Board elects a chair, vice chair, and secretary, who serve terms of up to two years. Board members serve five-year terms and can be removed by their appointing authority.
