Establishes the Government Service Delivery Improvement Act to enhance state agency service delivery.
Creates the Government Service Delivery Improvement Act. Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to appoint a State of Oklahoma Government Service Delivery Lead. Directs the Director to coordinate and facilitate statewide efforts to improve government service delivery. Requires each agency to appoint a lead agency service delivery official to coordinate and execute efforts to improve and enhance government service delivery and channels. Requires the Director to submit a report on statewide efforts to improve government service delivery by agencies.
