Modifies disciplinary actions for violations of emergency medical services regulations.
Amends the Oklahoma Emergency Response Systems Development Act to update disciplinary actions for violations. The State Commissioner of Health can now impose fines, suspend or revoke licenses, and issue probationary licenses. The operation of an ambulance service in violation of the act is declared a public nuisance. The act also updates statutory language and specifies additional forms of disciplinary action.
