Introduced·2/2/26
Int Text

Oklahoma SB1547 mandates community engagement as a condition for Medicaid eligibility, except for exempted individuals.

Oklahoma SB1547 specifies that to be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fulfill a community engagement requirement, as outlined in 42 U.S.C., Section 1396a(xx), unless they qualify for an exemption. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board is directed to create necessary rules to implement these provisions. The bill also repeals Section 1011.15 of Title 56, which previously related to Medicaid eligibility modifications.
