Amends the unlawful carry of firearms in certain places by modifying the list of prohibited and allowed locations. Prohibits carrying firearms in courthouses, courtrooms, prisons, gambling areas, and other specified locations. Allows carrying firearms in certain parking areas and on private school property with board approval. Establishes penalties for violations and provides exceptions for certain authorized personnel. Effective November 1, 2026.
