Directs the State Department of Education to establish guidelines for school districts to assess student fitness using the Presidential Fitness Test. Guidelines must be based on recommendations from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. School districts must begin administering the test in the 2026-2027 school year. The State Board of Education may create rules to implement the guidelines. The act becomes effective July 1, 2026.
