Extends the sunset date of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors in Oklahoma to July 1, 2036.

This bill amends the Oklahoma Sunset Law to extend the sunset date of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2036. The Board, consisting of four professional engineers and two professional surveyors, is responsible for administering the provisions of the act. Appointments to the Board are made by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate. The lay member of the Board is appointed by the Governor to a term coterminous with that of the Governor.
