Oklahoma SB1384 establishes the In-Person Absentee Voting Expansion Grant Program within the State Election Board. This program provides financial assistance to county election boards to establish and operate additional in-person absentee voting sites for statewide elections. Eligible counties include those with more than 50,000 registered voters, those with more than 25,000 registered voters, and those encompassing over 1,500 square miles.
