Oklahoma SB137 creates the Oklahoma State Penitentiary Prison Rodeo Revolving Fund within the Department of Corrections. This fund will receive monies from legislative appropriations for constructing, repairing, improving, upgrading, and maintaining the rodeo arena. The fund is a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. The act also appropriates Eight Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,300,000.00) from the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. The act declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2025.
