Oklahoma SB1361 amends driver license fees, exempting certain veterans from fees and setting a fee schedule for others.

Oklahoma SB1361 modifies the fees associated with driver licenses and commercial learner permits. It exempts veterans who are currently in active service or have been honorably discharged from fees for Class D licenses and motorcycle endorsements. For individuals aged 62 to 64, a prorated fee is set based on the age during the issuance or renewal of a Class D license or motorcycle endorsement. Those aged 65 and older are exempt from fees.
