Oklahoma SB1353 establishes the Menstrual Products for Schools Revolving Fund within the State Department of Education. This fund will receive gifts, grants, donations, bequests, and state appropriations. The State Department of Education will use the fund to assist school districts and public charter schools in providing menstrual products, such as tampons and sanitary napkins, at no cost in female and single-occupancy restrooms. The act declares an emergency, making it effective immediately upon passage and approval.
