SB1346

Oklahoma SB1346 establishes the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Investment Program to fund water and wastewater improvement projects.

Oklahoma SB1346 creates the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Investment Program, administered by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. The program provides competitive loans for eligible entities to develop and implement water or wastewater improvement projects. Funds are allocated based on population size, with 25% for municipalities or counties with populations over 400,000, 25% for those with populations between 30,000 and 400,000, and 50% for those with populations under 30,000. The Board has discretion over fund enhancements, leveraging, and reserve capacities.
