Oklahoma SB1340 amends the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program to increase income eligibility limits for students applying for the program. Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, income thresholds will vary based on the number of dependent children in the household. For instance, households with two or fewer dependent children will have an income limit of $60,000, while those with five or more dependent children will have an income limit of $120,000.
