The waivers cover undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees or tuition at technology center schools, calculated based on the veteran's service-connected disability rating. Eligible veterans must exhaust federal education benefits before using the waiver. The Legislature is directed to annually provide funding for these waivers, subject to availability.
