Oklahoma SB1331 creates the Internet Crimes Against Children Revolving Fund for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, effective immediately.

Oklahoma SB1331, known as Alicia’s Law, establishes the Internet Crimes Against Children Revolving Fund within the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. This fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, will receive and manage all monies for the purpose of combating internet crimes against children. Expenditures from the fund will be approved by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The act declares an emergency, allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
