Oklahoma SB1319 amends the Corporation Commission Plugging Fund to include a method for homeowners to apply for remediation assistance if their residence is contaminated by substances within the Commission’s jurisdiction. The fund will be maintained at Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) until July 1, 2031. The bill also requires the Corporation Commission to promulgate rules to effectuate the provisions of this section. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
