This bill mandates that permanent rules of specified Oklahoma agencies, boards, and commissions will sunset on certain dates and require these entities to submit their rules for legislative review. Rules of the first group of agencies will sunset on February 1, 2027, and every four years thereafter. The second group will sunset on February 1, 2028, and every four years thereafter. The third group will sunset on February 1, 2029, and every four years thereafter. The fourth group will sunset on February 1, 2030, and every four years thereafter.
