Oklahoma SB1315 prohibits individuals from countries designated as "countries of particular concern" from enrolling in Oklahoma's higher education.

Oklahoma SB1315 prohibits individuals from countries designated by the U.S. Department of State as "countries of particular concern" from enrolling in institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education starting with the 2026-2027 academic year. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are tasked with promulgating rules to implement this provision. The act declares an emergency and is set to become effective July 1, 2026.
