Oklahoma SB1308 amends eligibility for resident tuition for higher education students.

Oklahoma SB1308 amends eligibility for resident tuition for higher education students. It allows students who graduated from a high school in Oklahoma and resided in the state for at least two years to qualify for resident tuition. Students must also satisfy admission standards and enroll in an institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. The bill updates statutory language and declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2026.
