Oklahoma SB1304 increases tasting limits for beer, wine, and spirits and limits tasting requirements for employees.

Oklahoma SB1304 amends the state's alcoholic beverage laws by increasing the tasting limits for beer, wine, and spirits and limiting tasting requirements for employees. The bill allows up to six bottles of alcoholic beverages to be unsealed at any given time during a tasting. Employees may participate in educational tastings before, during, or after regular business hours, but the choice to taste or consume alcohol shall always be voluntary. Tastings shall be restricted to employees who are twenty-one years of age or older.
