Oklahoma SB1273 establishes the Oklahoma State Agency, Board, and Commission Review Task Force. This task force will review the efficiency, effectiveness, and necessity of all state agencies, boards, and commissions. The task force will provide recommendations to the Legislature for the elimination, consolidation, or alteration of the duties of state agencies, boards, and commissions. The task force will consist of nine members, with three appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and three by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
