Oklahoma SB1267 amends the Oklahoma Criminal Discovery Code to require the state to disclose the names and addresses of witnesses it intends to call at trial, along with their complete criminal history, and any deals made with witnesses. The defense must disclose the names and addresses of their witnesses, along with any mental condition relevant to the case. Law enforcement must provide body camera and vehicle-mounted camera videos at the time of arrest. The defense must also provide a curriculum vitae and written description of expert witnesses' proposed testimony.
