Oklahoma SB124 defines a firearm suppressor manufactured in the state as exempt from federal regulation and prohibits state regulation of such suppressors. It requires suppressors made in Oklahoma to have "Made in Oklahoma" stamped on them. The bill takes effect on November 1, 2025.
