Oklahoma SB1230 requires Service Oklahoma to verify lawful presence of certain driver license applicants.

Oklahoma SB1230 amends the state's driver license laws to mandate that Service Oklahoma verify the lawful presence of applicants for an original REAL ID Noncompliant Driver License or Identification Card. This verification must be done through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program or an equivalent program designated by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
