SB1229

Oklahoma SB1229 mandates specific personal information be stored in a separate database for non-REAL ID compliant licenses and requires Service.

Oklahoma SB1229 amends the state's driver license regulations by requiring certain personal information for non-REAL ID compliant licenses to be stored in a separate database. This includes details like date of birth, gender, driver license number, biometric data, and principal residence address. Service Oklahoma must delete this information within 90 days of collection. The bill also mandates that Service Oklahoma issue non-photo licenses to applicants with religious objections, requiring fingerprinting instead.
