Oklahoma SB1217 amends the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code to prohibit real estate brokers from requiring written brokerage agreements before showing properties for purchase, lease, option, or exchange. It also mandates that brokers disclose in writing the steps in a transaction for which they will not provide brokerage services. The act codifies these changes and will take effect on November 1, 2026.
