Transfers Hugo Lake Park to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, effective November 1, 2025.

The bill transfers all properties of Hugo Lake Park to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department by January 1, 2026. The Department will manage the park's fiscal operations, including establishing funds and accounts. It will also succeed to any contractual rights and responsibilities of the previous operators, such as payment of rents and obligations. The Department will not be liable for claims arising before January 1, 2026. The bill codifies these provisions and sets an effective date of November 1, 2025.
