Oklahoma SB120 amends the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act to require owners and operators of poultry feeding operations to provide proof of residency for at least two years before applying for registration or licensure. Acceptable documentation includes a state-issued driver's license, state-issued identification card, utility bill, residential property deed, or rental agreement. The bill also updates statutory references and language, and mandates educational requirements for operators and applicators. Effective November 1, 2025.
