Oklahoma SB12 provides a 5% increase in benefits for members of the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System who receive benefits as of June 30, 2025. For members who joined before January 1, 1981, their pension will increase or decrease by one-third of any change in the base salary of a regular police officer. The bill also codifies these provisions in the Oklahoma Statutes.
