Oklahoma SB119 creates an investment rebate program for qualified capital expenditures in industries producing cleaner transportation fuels, generating emission-free power, and producing water from waste heat and ambient air. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will approve or disapprove claims for rebates and issue payments from the Commerce Energy Manufacturing Activity Development Fund. The fund is appropriated $50,000,000 and the rebates are capped at this amount. The program is effective July 1, 2025, and an emergency is declared to expedite its implementation.
