Oklahoma SB1172 amends the duties of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to include prescribing forms and electronic systems for processing claims and payroll for state agencies. The bill allows any state agency to file a claim against multiple items within the current allotments by specifying the accounts to be charged. The Director is also authorized to approve and charge such claims to employees, and to reserve withholdings for lump sum payments to the proper entities.
