Oklahoma SB1171 repeals the Perform Act, altering the duties of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The Director is now authorized to prescribe forms and electronic systems for processing claims and payroll used by state agencies. The bill also allows any state agency to file a claim against multiple items within current allotments, specifying accounts to be charged. Withholdings can be reserved by the Director for lump sum payments to the proper entity. The act declares an emergency, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval.
