Oklahoma SB1170 amends public finance regulations to specify duties of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Oklahoma SB1170 amends Section 34.67 of the Oklahoma Statutes to specify the duty of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The Director is authorized to prescribe forms and electronic systems for processing claims and payroll. Agencies may file claims against multiple items within funds, with the Director approving and charging the claims to employees. The Director can also reserve withholdings for lump sum payments to the proper entities. The bill declares an emergency, allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
