Oklahoma SB1116 requires ballots with propositions that increase, extend, or authorize a tax levy to include the phrase "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE" above the proposition. This language must be conspicuous as defined in Oklahoma law. The bill also mandates that ballots include voting options "FOR THE PROPOSAL - YES" and "AGAINST THE PROPOSAL - NO" below the proposition number. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
